Bumper must be trimmed on the right side
The exhaust system for BMW F20 / F21 118i 1.6T (170 hp) is composed by a turbo downpipe kit with or without a metallic catalytic converter, a front section (available in resonated or not resonated versions), a centre connecting pipe and a rear exhaust.
If you're looking only for a more involving and sportier exhaust tone and don't want to replace the downpipe, the "Cat-back exhaust kit" is recommended. It's composed by centre connecting pipe and the rear exhaust.

The look is the perfect match of sportiness and class, with rear exhaust available with twin tail pipes on the left side, a dual pipes or a quad pipes setups (two for each side): the stock bumper must be trimmed instead to create the right side arch.
Compatible with the dual 90mm tailpipes, one for each side (988414) or the quad 80 mm tailpipes (988426).
The first option requires the trimming of the bumper, to mirror the stock left side arch on the right side.
For the quad pipes setup the left side arch must be enlarged, and a mirrored one must be trimmed on the right side.
Both configurations have been designed to match the stock bumper profile, resulting in a more ore less extreme but always classy and high quality look.
The sound is moderately sportier, for a more aggressive feel the fitment of the front pipe 988312 is suggested.

The sporty sound is achieved from the accurate selection of the piping sections, of the unique inner silencer design, and dedicated to the specific vehicle model.
