Supersprint BMW E6x M5 M6 Headers (LHD-RHD) SUPERSPRINT DESIGN PATENT

The S85 V10 5.0l powerplant of the BMW E60/E61 M5 and the BMW E63/E64 M6 is the last of the 8500 rpm -redline, large displacement N/A engines made by BMW Motorsport.

It greatly benefits of exhaust upgrades, due to the restrictive, power-robbing design of the initial section, in particular, the dreaded stock headers / primary catalytic converters.

The Supersprint design-patented long-tube headers, with their outstanding layout and technical features, from the large diameter, individual primary tube runners, down to the F1 collectors, eliminate all of these restrictions, made by the high cell-density, primary catalytic converters, and by the crushed down, severely compromised stock headers primaries.
Mated to the Supersprint full exhaust, they guarantee a solid gain of 60+ Hp over the BMW OEM system.

Moving further downstream of the headers, our system uses a set of HJS Motorsport, 100 cpsi high flowing metallic cats, and a 70mm Oversize diameter X-pipe section.

The Supersprint R&L rear mufflers, built with straight-thru inner perforated cores, no baffles, no reflective chambers, complement the system, and they are available in two distinct versions, the Sport/Touring, and the Race F1, for a customized sound.

No other cat-back exhaust in the market, regardless of the design, pipe size, or other feature, guarantees the same, amazing sound.
